Charlie Ryzen is a 6.3% old-school rye IPA with a multi-layered, distinctive flavor and a perfect aroma. The rye malt gives it extra drinkability, a bold character, and a taste you don’t forget. Unpasteurized and unfiltered, this craft beer keeps all its natural goodness and a full, rich mouthfeel.

And why Charlie Ryzen? The name “Charlie” is a tribute to our favorite car – the Charleston Spaček (Citroën 2CV6 Charleston) – while “Ryzen” honors one of the finest beers to come from the Serbian craft beer scene, Kaš Ryzen.

Brewed in collaboration with former Kaš brewers (Balkan Brewtopia), Charlie Ryzen follows a recipe and process passed on directly from the original creators.

We also brewed the beer with the help of former Kaš brewers (Balkan Brewtopia), who generously passed on the recipe to us and oversaw the technological process of the first brews, giving us their blessing that their best beer should continue its life in our Pub.

And that is actually the greatest exclusivity of our Charlie – you can enjoy Charlie Ryzen only
at Pub Brod.

Session IPA, 100% barley, 5% ABV. Intensely hopped, it brings full, vibrant aroma, a lighter body, and a clean, pronounced bitterness.

Crafted with three varieties of highly aromatic hops and a slightly lower alcohol content than classic IPAs, Bubika is made for long summer hangouts.

It is characterized by three types of highly aromatic hops and a lower alcohol content (compared to the usually stronger IPA variants), which makes it a very drinkable summer beer intended for longer social gatherings. Unpasteurized and unfiltered, this true craft beer preserves the full spectrum of its natural nutrients.

Why Bubika? Bubika is our affectionate nickname for Buba, and this beer is our tribute to one of the most iconic cars the world has ever seen: the Volkswagen Beetle (VW Beetle).

A textbook example of a classic American pale ale. This beer is a great introduction to craft beer.

Brewed with barley, old-school pale ale, 5.3%, with 20% wheat, it delivers a fuller flavor, a rich, lasting head, and a hazy appearance. Moderately bitter, with very subtle, almost delicate citrus notes. Thanks to its light, easy-drinking body, it’s ideal for hot days, and you can enjoy it exclusively on tap with us here in Brod.

Garage Beer is our ever-changing homebrew tap: tiny batches (up to 50 liters). We constantly experiment with flavors.

It’s called “Garage” because that’s exactly where we brew it — in our own garage. So far, it’s featured spicy stouts, smoked ales, elderflower IPAs, coffee stouts, mint IPAs, hoppy lagers, chocolate stouts, and a rotating line-up of sours.
